Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan during his visit to Badgaon of Rithi tehsil took out ‘Jan Darshan’. Huge gathering was witnessed during roadshow of the Chief Minister. He accepted greetings of people and thanked them for their support and love. He sought blessings of elders and appealed to people to support BJP. In between his road show, the Chief Minister reached the house of a local named Munnalal Patel and had snacks like ‘lobra’ and ‘Gulgula’. He appreciated taste of refreshments and had tea also on the request of the house owner.

 

Further, locals drew attention of the Chief Minister towards increasing depth of Godana Tank. He informed the gathering that special emphasis is being laid on starting two projects in area which would help in increasing irrigation cover in the area. He informed that concrete work of canals is being done and tenders have been issued for supply of Narmada water to villages. He was hopeful that 80,000 acre fields of 166 villages will be under irrigation cover.
