BJP pays glowing tributes to Dr Mukherjee on birth anniversary

A number of senior leaders and workers of BJP paid tributes to Dr Shyamaprasad Mukherjee, founder of Bharatiya Jan Sangh on his birth anniversary, on Thursday. City President Prabhat Sahu along with party workers reached Gulauatal Park and offered floral tributes at the statue of Dr Mukherjee. Speaking on the occasion, Sahu said, “Today, we are celebrating birth anniversary of great patriot, nationalist thinker and visionary Dr Shyamaprasad Mukherjee. Dr Mukherjee founded Bharatiya Jan Sangh and declared that India cannot have two emblems, two constitutions and two leaders. He said the BJP is working on the path laid down by him and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is building a glorious, dignified and powerful India.” Sahu further said that the State Government is also advancing his ideals. Expressing views on the occasion, State Secretary Ashish Dubey said BJP workers across the country offered their heartfelt tributes to Dr Shyamaprasad Mukherjee on his birth anniversary.
 
Dr Mukherjee had given a resolution to unite entire nation and BJP workers in Madhya Pradesh are taking the resolution further. Likewise, the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also fulfilling Dr Mukherjee’s resolution, he added. Those present on the occasion were Ratnesh Sonakar, Ramamurti Mishra, Sudhanshu Gupta, Abhay Singh Thakur, Rajesh Mishra, Ravindra Pachori, Sanjay Tiwari and other party workers.
