RAIPUR,
Making a scathing attack at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Centre, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday said that central agencies like Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax (IT) Department and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) are being misused to defame his Government in State. Talking to media persons in Raipur on Sunday, Chief Minister Baghel said that the ED, the CBI and the IT are danger for the democracy. He said that the political motivated actions are being taken by the ED. The BJP has no issues. So the central agencies are being misused by the Central Government against the Chhattisgarh Congress Government. The ED and the IT are the cells of the BJP. The ED is contesting elections in entire Chhattisgarh. BJP Chhattisgarh In-charge Om Mathur had yesterday said in his statement that it should be seen what else happens in the coming two months. The ED officials go to one department, if they don’t get anything, then they go to another department.

The Chhattisgarh Government has issued a look out circular for action regarding Mahadev App case. It is not their aim to act on the main accused, he added. Baghel further said that there were no irregularities in the CAG report. The Central Government amended the rule and after that the ED has got unlimited powers. After this amendment, the ED can arrest anyone. Once someone has gone to jail, there is no possibility of being bailed, he added. People are being interrogated after beating them. After this they are told whether to go to jail or sign it. Arrests are being made by showing fear. In Mahadev app case, an attempt is being made to defame the Congress Government. Many mobile laptops were seized and many were arrested. Two people are outside, not using energy to catch them. Money was taken in other states also but action is being taken only in Chhattisgarh.

One capitalist has been given a mine in Raigarh for 20 years. It is simple that voting for BJP means handing over Chhattisgarh to the capatalist. Nagarnar has not started yet and it has also been included in the budget to sell it.
Chhattisgarh Government has written several letters to ED officials to investigate chit-fund scam, but the ED is not doing anything on it. This is the biggest case of money laundering. Replying to a query, Bhupesh Baghel alleged that Dr Raman Singh’s property has increased many folds and when will ED investigate the properties of Dr Raman sing. Today the District Congress Committee will go to the ED office to submit the memorandum. From tomorrow there will be a protest outside the ED office. The Congress party will go with these issues among the public in upcoming assembly elections and no one is bigger than the public, he added.
