Chief Justice Ravi Malimath releases MP Bar Council Times magazine

 

 

Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court Ravi Malimath on Saturday released Madhya Pradesh Bar Council Times magazine. On the occasion, Vice President, Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council, R K Saini along with Chairman, Secretary and Chief Editor of the magazine, Radhelal Gupta apprised the Chief Justice with detailed information about the magazine. They stated that it is distributed among various legal authorities in India, including all the judges of the Supreme Court, Chief Justices of India, High Court judges, District and Sessions Judges of Madhya Pradesh, members of the Bar Council of India, all Bar Associations in Madhya Pradesh, District and Tehsil advocates associations and new advocates for a period of two years.

 

The magazine is distributed throughout the country, with about 15,000 copies are sent. This edition of the magazine primarily focuses on providing information about judges of Madhya Pradesh High Court who have achieved distinction of becoming Chief Justices of India, judges of Supreme Court and judges of other states. It includes articles, main circulars and notifications on important legal topics, along with inclusion of members of Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services, members of MP State Bar Council and information about year-wise amounts allocated for families of deceased advocates until 2022, financial medical assistance provided to advocates and the amount provided to new advocates under the Chief Minister’s Advocate Welfare Scheme 2012. The magazine has compiled all this information in about 150 pages.
