RAIPUR,
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Raigarh on Thursday, September 14. The PM’s arrival is eagerly anticipated, as it marks a crucial moment in the politics of Chhattisgarh. Prime Minister Modi is set to touch down in Raigarh at Kodatrai on September 14, with his arrival scheduled for 2 pm. This visit holds immense significance as it comes ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in the state. Following his arrival, Prime Minister Modi will address a massive public gathering. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been actively preparing for this event and has already announced its candidates for 21 assembly seats, putting the Congress party on the defensive. Adding to the political fervor, the BJP has initiated a ‘Parivartan Yatra’ from Dantewada in Bastar, intensifying its campaign against the incumbent Congress Government in Chhattisgarh.

This ‘Parivartan Yatra’ is set to commence on September 16 in North Chhattisgarh, and Prime Minister Modi’s Raigarh meeting is expected to boost the morale of BJP workers ahead of this crucial campaign. The BJP has extended direct invitations to hundreds of thousands of workers to attend Prime Minister Modi’s grand public meeting. The BJP leaders stated that during Prime Minister Modi’s previous public meeting in Raipur there was a record gathering. During that event, he unveiled the slogan ‘Badalbo badalbo ye Daari Congress ke sarkar le badalbo,’ which has now become a rallying cry for BJP supporters. From the platform at Kodatrai in Raigarh, Prime Minister Modi is expected to address various critical issues, including the coal scam, ration scam, and corruption. This public meeting is also anticipated to see the Prime Minister unveiling several initiatives and gifts for the people of the region. Several prominent leaders of the BJP will be present at this gathering, including State BJP In-charge and senior BJP leader Om Mathur, BJP State President Arun Sao, former Chief Minister and National Vice-President of BJP Dr Raman Singh, State BJP CoIncharge Nitin Nabin and Raigarh MP Gomti Sai.
