During hearing related to nursing scam, CBI presented investigation report of 308 nursing colleges before the High Court. The report was submitted in a closed envelope. CBI told before the High Court that 50 colleges affiliated to Medical University could not be investigated due to Supreme Court ban on investigation, reports of investigation of about 308 colleges affiliated to the University have been submitted. The division bench of MPHC comprising Chief Justice Ravi Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra has heard the petitions filed by Law Student Association and others. Nursing Colleges, which have been investigated by CBI are nursing colleges related to Madhya Pradesh Medical Sciences University and conduct degree courses in nursing. The court has fixed the next hearing in the case on January 23.
