Dr Mohan Yadav led Government executed a major bureaucratic reshuffle late on Monday night. As ‘The Hitavada’ reported earlier with the headline ‘.....more IAS transfers ahead’, in a significant development , 12 IAS officers have been transferred with key officials assuming new responsibilities. Dr Rajesh Rajora, from the post of Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department, has been replaced with Sanjay Dubey, previously the Principal Secretary of the Energy Department. Under the new rejig, he has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Narmada Valley Development Authority. He also holds the additional charge as Chief Secretary of the Transport Department. While the Chief Executive Officer of Smart City Bhopal, Roshan Kumar Singh, has been given the charge of Director of Public Relations, while Guncha Sanovar, Deputy Secretary, has been appointed as the Additional Commissioner of Land Records and Settlement in Gwalior.
 
A 1990 batch officer, S N Mishra has now become the Commissioner Agriculture Production , succeeding his role as the Vice Chairman of the Narmada Valley Development Authority. Further, changes include the reassignment of Ajit Kesari, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Finance Department, who is now the Director of the Tribal Research and Development Institute. In other appointments, Deepali Rastogi, serving as the Principal Secretary in the Commercial Taxes Department, Women and Child Development Department, and Co-operative Department (Additional Charge), has been reassigned as the Principal Secretary of the Co-operative Department and Women and Child Development Department (Additional Charge).
 
Amit Rathore, the administrative member of Revenue Division in Gwalior, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Commercial Tax Department. Manish Singh, from the Water Resources Department, has assumed the position of Principal Secretary in the Finance Department. Tarun Kumar Pithode, previously holding the positions of MD at the State Civil Supplies Corporation and Director at Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, has been posted as the Director of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection (Additional Charge) and MD of the State Warehousing Corporation (Additional Charge). The reshuffle also involves the posting of Sheela Dahima, the Additional Secretary at the Board of Secondary Education, as the Deputy Secretary. Pratap Narayan Yadav, formerly the Deputy Secretary in the Co-operative Department, has been appointed as the MD of the State Civil Supplies Corporation.
