Those who still haven’t applied should do the same till January 31, 2024. Because of not implementation of Gunthewari Act people were facing a lot of problems. The sanctions of their building plan was pending. The regularisation of plots means installing water pipelines, sewage system, roads and all basic amenities required for the residential locality. Most people had started constructing their houses without getting any permission from any authorities who may face the problems if they don’t apply for regularisation. The regularisation wok will take some more time as Government would need adequate amount of money to do so. According to a developer, at least 50 per cent of the total plot holders should apply with the fees. Out of the total amount of fees, the Government can start the work of regularisation.
