FINALLY, the curtains have been raised to let the IT enthusiasts of Nagpur walk in into yet another age of advanced technology arena. The 30th edition of Central India’s largest IT event COMP-EX’ 2024 was opened for the IT infrastructure and knowledge seekers on January 25. P M Parlewar, Director MSME was the guest of honour who formally lighted the traditional lamp and declared the four-day expo as open in the presence of Dinesh Naidu, President, Vice President, Rohit Jaiswal, Lalit Gandhi, Secretary, Jayanti Patel, Treasurer and Sanjay Chourasia, Joint Secretary and Executive Body members Sandeep Bhartiya, Nikhil Gandhi and Pravin Kanhe, besides other VCMDWA members.
In his address, Parlewar said that India is a leading player in the IT manufacturing sector and reiterated the self-reliant mantra given to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. From the MSME’s stand for the support to the entrepreneurs, he mentioned of the various inputs vis-à-vis financial assistance, subsidies capacity building guidance, market guidance, skill development guidance and the umbrella skill development programme embarked under the MSME for people to come forward and avail the benefits. Dinesh Naidu, President, VCMDWA in his address spoke about the overall advancement in technology and their mission to organise COMP-EX’ with the relentless efforts of the members of VCMDWA.
The core objective of Comp-Ex’ so far has been to keep people abreast of the dynamics of IT industry, inform about the revolution going on in the IT world, to introduce the latest products, applications and services to the people and to also make sure that the visitors enjoy some attractive bargains, offers and schemes. Over the four days of Comp-Ex’ 2024 from January 25 to 28, the event at the Reshimbagh ground promises to be an enriching experience for the avid visitors.
