Ahead of Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released a list of State In-charges and Co-incharges on Saturday. For Madhya Pradesh, Mahendra Kumar Singh is nominated the In-charge of the State and Satish Upadhyay will be Co-incharge, as the State unit has informed ‘The Hitavada’. Appointment of Bihar MLC Mangal Pandey as in-charge in West Bengal after resting BJP General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya who has since become a minister in Madhya Pradesh.Mahendra Singh has served as a Minister of Water Resources in Uttar Pradesh. Posted as in-charge of BJP Assam between 2014 and 2020, Singh has a vast political experience and grassroots work. Satish Upadhyay (born on March 6, 1962) is serving as the Vice Chairman of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). He was former President of the Delhi Unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Councillor from the Malviya Nagar’s Ward No. 161 in the South Delhi Municipal Council (SDMC). The party has also appointed president for four districts.
Talking to ‘The Hitavada’, State BJP Media Incharge, Ashish Agrawal has said that Ramkishor will be District President of Balaghat, Manoj Mane (Burhanpur), Pradeep Upadhyay (Ratlam) and Chandra Bhan Singh Gautum (Chhatarpur). On the sidelines of upcoming General elections preparations, on Saturday, the State BJP Headquarters hosted a workshop of Self Help Groups and NGO campaign organised by Mahila Morcha. Addressing the workshop CM Dr Mohan Yadav said “Our Government has achieved most of the goals for which the Bharatiya Janata Party had gone to the public. Antyodaya is our ultimate goal. Our Government is moving ahead on the mantra of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ and to realise this it is important how we support the people around us. This is our culture.” State Organisation General Secretary Hitanand Sharma, In-charge of Mahila Morcha, Vijaya Rahatkar said “The role of women self-help groups is extremely important in achieving the goals of Antyodaya and poor welfare.
The Bharatiya Janata Party aims to achieve these goals through women empowerment.” The programme was also addressed by MP and State General Secretary Kavita Patidar, State Co-ordinator of the campaign Lata Wankhede and Madhya Pradesh Mahila Morcha President and Co-Convenor Maya Narolia. State President of Mahila Morcha and co-ordinator of the campaign, Maya Narolia said that this campaign will be a milestone in achieving the target set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We have to play an important role in fulfilling the target by establishing communication with the self-help groups and NGOs of the state to disseminate information about public welfare schemes.
