Special general body meeting of Dharampeth Mahila Society held

 

 

 

 

 

The Dharampeth Mahila Multi-State Co-op Society’s special general body meetingconcluded recently at the head quarters of the society located at ‘Sitaram Bhawan’, opposite Hanuman Mandir, Shivaji Nagar, Ram Nagar Square, Nagpur. The agenda was tabling the amendments made in 2023 to by-laws of Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act 2002 before due submission to Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, New Delhi.

 

Nilima Bawane, President of the society and Sarika Pendse, Vice-President addressed the meeting. Following the agenda, the by-laws were tabled. The president elaborated on the details to attendees those included members, office bearers, Board of Directors and account holders. The tabled proposal was passed with consensus and the same will be duly submitted to the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, New Delhi. Dipali Ghonge compared the meeting and Neelam Bowade proposed a vote of thanks.
