‘Upgrade hotels to survivein today’s competitive world’

 

 

THE annual general meeting (AGM) of Nagpur Residential HotelsAssociation (NRHA)was recently conducted at Hotel Airport Centre Point, Wardha Road. Tejinder Singh Renu – President; Prakash Trivedi – Immediate Past President; Inderjeet Singh Baweja and Shatrughan Warambhe – Vice Presidents, Deepak Khurana – Secretary; Vinod Joshi – Treasurer; and Nitin Trivedi - JointSecretaryofNRHAshared the dais. M/s J S Uberoi & Co was appointed the statutory Auditors for the year 2024-25.

 

Tejinder Singh Renu, in his presidential address said, the old property hotels need to upgradewith time.“Nowadays the customers are ready to pay if you provide services to their expectations,” he said. NRHA member CMDE (Retd) Gurubachan Singh Kanwal shared his experience of fire safety being implemented in his hotel and also guided the members on how to gain knowledge by reading MS State FireRules and NBFC. Theproceedingsof theAGM was conducted by Secretary Deepak Khurana and Joint Secretary Nitin Trivedi.
