Jan Sunvai: Collector hears 124 complaints of common people

 

 

In a weekly public hearing at the Collectorate, Collector, Deepak Saxena heard total 124 complaints from common citizens. The majority of the issues raised during the hearing were related to compassionate appointments, land record transfers, name change, boundary demarcation, encroachments, Samagra ID, medical assistance, scheme benefits, housing scheme, BPL (Below Poverty Line) card issuance and family disputes. Apart from the 94 new applications, 30 applications were re-submitted, which were addressed in previous hearings. Hearing the complaints, Collector, Deepak Saxena forwarded the complaints to officers of concerned departments and directed them for redressing the complaints on priority basis for satisfaction of appellants. The hearing was attended by Additional Collectors, Misha Singh, Nathuram Gond while SDMs and officials from concerned departments were present prominently.
