Nagpur teams enter semis State Youth Basketball

 

 

Nagpur teams reached the semi-finals of the ongoing Maharashtra State Youth Basketball Championship held at Shivaji Nagar Gymkhana. In the girls section, Nagpur defeated Amravati 25-20 while in the boys category, city hoopsters defeated Solapur 52-46. In the girls section, Riddhi Borkar scored 10 points while Kanishka Mande six for the winners. The boys match was exciting one. Despite trailing 23-28 at half-time, Nagpur team rallied in the second half, with Vihan Jamdar scoring 12 points and Kartik Puniya contributing eight while Arjun Dhume, Urjit Deogade, and Aniruddha Mundada scored six points each.
