The 6th edition of the Orange City Literature Festival (OCLF) is set to captivate Nagpur once again, bringing a diverse celebration of literature, art, and inspiration to the city. Organised by Raisoni Foundation, this year's festival will take place from November 22 to 24 at the Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines, Nagpur. With an impressive roster of renowned speakers, interactive sessions, creative workshops, and exciting competitions, OCLF 2024 promises something special for everyone. Atul Kulkarni, award-winning actor; Arundhati Subramaniyam, famous poet and author, Akash Khurana, a noted actor and screenwriter, Varsha Manohar, and Sunil Raisoni, Chairman, Raisoni Group, will remain present for the inauguration scheduled on Friday at Chitnavis Centre at 5pm.
  
 
This year's line-up features some of the most prominent voices in literature, culture, and personal development, including Dr Pawan Sinha, Salil Desai, Mandira Nayar, Anuj Dhar, Sutapa Basu, Anuja Chandramouli, Naveen Choudhary, Rajesh Jain, Mithilesh Vazalwar, Vikash Khurana, Nilakantan, Riri Trivedi, Nilesh Oak, Nandita Om Puri, Ishaan Puri, Shefali Batra, Arun Anand, and Anil Lamba. These distinguished authors and thought leaders will share their expertise, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and offer insights on various topics. A special highlight of this year's OCLF is the drawing competition on November 24, where young artists can bring their favourite storybook characters to life.
 
The competition is open to three age categories:- Category A - 5 to 10 years; Category B - 10 to 15 years; and Category C - 15 to 20 years. With exciting prizes for the top three winners, this competition is designed to inspire creativity and engage young minds in a world of imagination and storytelling. Reporting time is 9 am on November 24, so participants should arrive ready to showcase their artistic skills. For artists envisioning the future, the art competition on the theme "The World in the Year 2050" invites participants across different age groups to showcase their creativity and vision of the future. A vibrant marketplace will offer a variety of stalls, including books, unique merchandise, and interactive displays, creating a bustling hub for families and book enthusiasts.
