MPUDC organises workshop on role of ULB in operation and maintenance of project

Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company (MPUDC), an undertaking of the Urban Development and Housing Department, recently organised a workshop on the role of urban local bodies (ULB) in the operation and maintenance of water supply and sewerage projects in the capital.

The workshop was conducted for local public representatives and chief municipal officers including the chairpersons of 21 bodies under Bhopal, Narmadapuram and Sagar divisions. Speaking at the programme, Additional Commissioner and Additional Managing Director of the company, K L Meena said that the objective of the workshop is to increase the dialogue between the public representatives of the local bodies and the company. At the outset, Deputy Project Director Technical Shailendra Shukla informed the public representatives present on the occasion about the objective of the workshop and the projects implemented by MPUDC.
