Veterinary College at Jabalpur has been invited to host the VIPM (Veterinary Internal and Preventive Medicine Society) 2025 Conference
The scientific community of Veterinary College of Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University (NDVSU), Jabalpur brought laurels by winning several prizes in the ‘International Conference and Annual Symposium’ hosted by the Animal Health and Preventive Medicine Society in Meerut. The event saw outstanding achievements by scientists and postgraduate students from the Jabalpur Veterinary Science College.
Under the leadership and guidance of Dr R K Sharma, the Head of Veterinary Department, 18 postgraduate and PhD students from the university participated in the conference, showcasing their research and contributions. Several participants were awarded prestigious honours for their presentations including Dr Devendra Kumar Gupta being awarded with ‘Stephen Ettinger Gold Medal Award in Clinical Medicine (2024)’, Dr Devendra Kumar Gupta as ‘Lead Paper Award’, Dr Amita Tiwari ‘Certificate of Appreciation’, Dr Amita Tiwari ‘Lead Paper Award’, Dr Brajesh Singh awarded with ‘Certificate of Appreciation’, ‘Lead Paper Award’, ‘Third Prize in Poster Presentation’, Dr Supnesh Jain ‘Third Prize in Poster Presentation’, Dr Rita Tyagi ‘First Prize in Oral Presentation’, Dr Harshit Kaur Sachdev ‘Third Prize in Poster Presentation’, Dr Deepak ‘First Prize in Poster Presentation’, Dr Vandana Gupta ‘First Prize in Poster Presentation’, Dr Jatin Gupta ‘Second Prize in Poster Presentation’ and Dr Natasha ‘Third Prize in Oral Presentation’.
In addition to these individual accolades, the Veterinary College at Jabalpur has been invited to host the VIPM (Veterinary Internal and Preventive Medicine Society) 2025 Conference, a prestigious event that will bring together leading scientists and experts from across the country and abroad.
NDVSU, Vice Chancellor Prof Mandeep Sharma has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the awardees and extended his best wishes for their continued success. Dr Sharma, along with the entire university and college community, appreciated these achievements and commended the hard work and dedication of the participating scientists and students.
