inaugurated newly constructed Child Friendly courts.

Chief Justice of High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur, Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, virtually inaugurated newly constructed Child Friendly courts at Tehsils-Narayangarh (Mandsaur), Mauganj (Rewa), Dharampuri (Dhar) and at Districts- Sheopur and Dhar in the august presence of Justice Subodh Abhayankar, Judge, High Court of MP Bench at Indore & Portfolio Judge, District Mandsaur, Justice Sanjay Dwivedi, Judge, High Court Jabalpur and Portfolio Judge, District Rewa, Justice Roopesh Chandra Varshney, Judge, High Court of MP bench at Gwalior & Portfolio Judge, District Sheopur, Justice Prem Narayan Singh, Judge, High Court of MP Bench at Indore & Portfolio Judge District Dhar and Companion Judges from all the benches of High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
On the occasion, the Chief Justice addressed the gathering and said that these newly built Child Friendly Court rooms will not only ensure justice for children but also provide them with a compassionate and supportive environment during the judicial process. His Lordship further expressed that these court rooms are a significant step towards upholding the rights of the children and creating a judicial system that is sensitive to their needs and therefore, shall go a long way in reducing the trauma associated with legal proceedings as these space embody the essence of justice, empathy care along with comfortable and confidential space for children.
On the occasion, Portfolio Judges also emphasized upon the significance of the newly constructed child friendly court rooms for children in justice delivery system.
With the inauguration of these 05 new Child Friendly Courts, the concept of fair and speedy justice will be strengthened further. In the said programme welcome address was given by Registrar General, Dharminder Singh.
