RAVI Rokha scored at the start of the second half as Indian Friends Football Club, Chankapur edged past experienced South East Central Railway by a solitary goal in the ongoing JSW-NDFA Elite Division League on Friday.
Rokha received a long ball from centrre from Ayush Kesri in the 47th minute and the striker collected it at the edge of the ‘D’.
Rokha dribbled past two SECR defenders and curled in a beautiful kick into the net with the rival goalkeeper becoming mere a spectator.
The win took IFFC to the third spot with 11 points from six matches while the railmen are lingering at the eight spot of the table with just four points from six matches.
Top four from the 10-team competition will qualify for Super League.
