‘Ensure complaints on Solution Online, CM Helpline are resolved in set timelimit’

Bhopal Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh issues directives during review meeting
Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh has directed that availability of fertilisers for farmers, according to their needs, be ensured in the division. He also instructed that pending complaints on Solution Online and CM Helpline be resolved within set timelimit. Furthermore, continuous electricity supply for agriculture should be maintained and transformer-related complaints should be addressed promptly.
Singh gave these directives during the review meeting of the timeline-based letters in the Commissioner’s office meeting room on Tuesday. The meeting was attended by Joint Commissioner Vinod Singh, Revenue Deputy Commissioner Kiran Gupta, and other concerned officials.
The Commissioner instructed that the timeline-based letters be resolved and progress reports be presented in the upcoming meeting.
Singh further directed the Agriculture, Cooperation, Markfed, and Food Departments to ensure the availability of soybean procurement, crop sowing, seeds, and fertilisers, as well as to continuously monitor these aspects.
During the meeting, the School Education Department was instructed to provide district-wise updates on profile updating, cycle distribution, scholarship enrollment and a review of CM Rise Schools.
Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Departments were directed to expedite registration and distribution of various scholarships.
In Women and Child Development Department, progress of construction of Anganwadi buildings was reviewed and instructions were given to accelerate the construction of pending and unstarted buildings.
Singh also reviewed management of stray cattle under the Veterinary Department and the coordination with the Cow Conservation Board for the registration and operation of Gaushalas. Fisheries, Agriculture, Horticulture, and Cooperation Departments’ performance in achieving the targets of credit card schemes and beneficiary-oriented schemes was also reviewed.
