Collector asks Revenue officers to ensure timely benefits of schemes to public

During the review meeting of Revenue cases held on Tuesday in the Collectorate conference hall, Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh conducted a thorough review of pending cases such as mutation, partition, and demarcation. Collector Singh instructed all revenue officers to ensure the prompt resolution of pending cases in their areas and to resolve cases registered on the RCM portal within the designated timeframe.
 
During the meeting, the Prime Minister’s Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme was also reviewed, where Collector Singh gave directives to complete the Aadhaar linkage and e-KYC processes promptly to ensure timely disbursement of installments to beneficiaries. Additionally, emphasis was placed on the quick resolution of complaints received on the CM Helpline to avoid any pending grievances. Collector Singh stated that all schemes should benefit the public conveniently and within the stipulated time, ensuring that the true advantages of public welfare schemes reach people on time.
