Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar to honour 38 persons and four organisations
 
 
Vice-President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar will honour 38 persons and four organisations with ‘Chhattisgarh Rajya Alankaran Samman-2024’ in the Rajyotsav at Fair Ground, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar on Wednesday evening. The State Government has on Tuesday announced the Chhattisgarh Rajya Alankaran awards in 36 different sectors. Addressing a press meet, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao said that Samman would be given in 36 different areas by 16 departments.
 
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will present the Samman. Sao also congratulated all the persons and organisations that have been given the Rajya Alankaran Samman-2024. News Editor of The Hitavada Raipur Mukesh S Singh will be honoured with Madhukar Kher Smriti Patrakarita Puraskar (in English media). Journalist Bholaram Sinha and journalist Mohan Tiwari will be honoured with “Chandulal Chandrakar Smriti Patrakarita Puraskar (Hindi-Print Media)” and “Chandulal Chandrakar Smriti Patrakarita Puraskar (Hindi- Electronic Media)”. Film director Satish Jain of Raipur district will be felicitated with “Kishor Sahu Rashtriya Alankaran Samman” for his valuable contribution in the field of film. Atul Jain will be honoured with “Pandit Madhav Rao Sapre Rashtriya Rachnatmakta Samman” for creative writing and promotion of Hindi language. Dr P C Lal Yadav of Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan district will be felicitated with “Lala Jagdalpuri Sahitya Puraskar” for promotion of local dialect. Dushyant Kumar Harmukh of Durg district will be felicitated with “Khuman Sao Samman” for promotion of Chhattisgarhi folk music.
 
Nirmala Thakur of Raipur district will be honoured with “Laxman Masturiya Samman” for promotion of Chhattisgarhi folk song. Sadhelal Ratre of Mungeli district will be honoured with “Devdas Banjare Smriti Panthi Nrity Puraskar” for promotion of Panthi dance. Chhattisgarhi film actor, script writer and director Prakash Awasthi will be felicitated with “Kishore Sahu Samman” for promotion of cinema. Bhagat Guleri of Janjgir-Champa will be honoured with “Devdas Banjare Smriti Puraskar” for promotion of folk art. Anand Kumar Pandey of Newyork will be felicitated with “Chhattisgarh Apravasi Bharatiya Samman” for promotion of social welfare, literature and others outside India. Ramnaresh Yadav of Bilaspur district will be honoured with “Pandit Lakhanlal Mishra Samman” in the field of crime investigation. Surendra Kumar Rathor of NTPC Korba and Shobha Singh and Lalit Kumar Nayak of Durg district will be conferred upon “Swargiya Maharaja Ramanuj Pratap Singhdeo Smriti Shram Yashaswi Puraskar” for their exceptional works in the field of labour. Vinod Das of Raipur district will be felicitated with “Shrimati Bilasadevi Kewat Matsya Vikas Puraskar” for his valuable contribution in the field of fishery sector. Dr Manohar Lal Lahera of Raipur district will be conferred upon “Dhanvantari Samman” for his exceptional works in the field of Ayurveda. Subhash Chandra Agrawal of Raipur district will be honoured with “Danveer Bhamashah Samman”. Butlu Ram Mathra of Narayanpur district will be honoured with “Shaheed Veernarayan Singh Smriti Samman”. Chhoti Mehra of Kabirdham district will be honoured with “Gundadhur Samman” in sports (para-athletics).
 
Rajendra Rangeela (Rajendra Gilhare) of Raipur district will be felicitated with “Guru Ghasidas Samman” for social consciousness among the people from scheduled castes. Shashikant Dwivedi of Rajnandgaon district will be conferred upon “Thakur Pyarelal Singh Puraskar” in the field of cooperative sector. Vikas Kuamr of Shivtarai in Bilaspur district will be honoured with “Maharaja Pravirchand Bhanjdev Samman” in sports (archery). Dr Satyabhama Aadil of Raipur district will be felicitated with “Pandit Sundarlal Sharma Samman” for promotion of Hindi literature. Pandit Sudhakar Rambhau Shevlikar of Durg district will be felicitated with “Chakradhar Samman” in the field of classical music and dance. Pandiram Mandavi of Narayanpur district will be honoured with “Dau Mandaraji Samman” in the field of folk theatre and folk craft. Shivkumar Chandravanshi of Kabirdham district and Khemraj Patel of Bilaigarh will be felicitated with “Dr Khoobchand Baghel Krishak Ratna Samman” in the field of agriculture. Siyaram Agrawal of Raipur district will be honoured with “Maharaja Agrasen Samman” in the field of social harmony. Surendra Tiwari of Bilaspur district and Prakash Chandra Pant of Kanker district will be felicitated with “Barrister Thakur Chhedilal Samman” in the field of law. Aditi Kashyap of Kabirdham district will be conferred upon the “Veerangana Rani Avantibai Lodhi Smriti Puraskar” for making women courageous. Chitrarekha Sinha of Durg district will be felicitated with “Mata Bahadur Kalarin Samman” for exceptional works for atrocities against women.
 
Weavers Pannalal Dewangan of Sakti district and Bahori Lal Dewangan of Sakti district will be honoured with “Swargiya Bisahudas Mahant Sarvashreshth Bunkar Puraskar. Satyanarayan Dewangan of Sakti district and Arun Mehar of Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district will be conferred upon “Rajrajeshwari Karunamata Hathkargha Protsahan Puraskar”. Satnami Mahila Jagriti Samiti Kohka Durg will be felicitated with “Minimata Samman” for empowerment of women. Manohar Gaushala Khairagarh will be felicitated with “Yati Yatanlal Samman”. Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram Jashpur will be conferred upon “Pandit Ravishankar Shukla Samman” for exceptional works in the field of social, education and economic sectors. Chhattisgarhi Adivasi Kalyan Sansthan Anupam Nagar Raipur will be conferred upon “Dr Bhanwarsingh Porte Adivasi Sewa Samman” in the field of progress and service of tribals. Secretary of Culture Department Anbagal P and Director of the Culture Department Vivek Acharya were also present in the press conference.
