Collector Deepak Saxena chaired a meeting of revenue officers at Collectorate Meeting Hall, on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by Additional Collectors, Misha Singh, Nathuram Gond while all other revenue officials were present.
During the meeting, Collector Saxena conducted a review of CM Helpline cases on a tehsil-wise basis and emphasised that all officials must work diligently to ensure the timely resolution of these cases. He also reviewed pending cases and stressed that negligence in resolving cases would not be tolerated. He warned that disciplinary action would be taken against any officer found to be negligent in handling cases.
Special attention was given to the resolution of revenue cases, including boundary demarcation, name changes, land partition, revenue recovery and land rights issues. The Collector urged officials to prioritize the resolution of these cases.
Collector also directed the officials to focus on e-KYC process under the PM Kisan scheme, updating land records (map revisions), and addressing issues related to illegal colonies. He further instructed that issues related to the Pilgrimage Yatra Scheme, paddy procurement verification, and complaints from rice millers should also be resolved promptly.
In a stern tone, the Collector reminded all officers to pay close attention to resolving cases and improving the district's ranking. He stressed that if cases are left unresolved and appear online, it would cause complications, and therefore, efforts should be made to resolve cases before they are reflected in the online system.
