An important workshop of district executive committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was organised under Sangathan Parva Sadasyata Abhiyan 2024 at party’s divisional office, on Wednesday. Senior party leaders discussed active membership enrollment and upcoming organisational activities during the workshop.
Addressing the party leaders and workers, Rajya Sabha MP Banshilal Gurjar, who is also the District Election Officer emphasised the target of enrolling at least 50 members per booth, appointing Panna Pramukhs (local leaders) and establishing active members.
He also highlighted the need for each division to have a minimum of 500 female members or 33 per cent of the total, to increase female participation. The drive for active memberships will continue until November 25, he informed.
Expressing views on the occasion, Member of Parliament, Ashish Dubey stressed the need for at least two active members per booth. He encouraged uploading booth committee information to the organization's app to ensure comprehensive participation.
Speaking on the occasion,
City President Prabhat Sahu informed that while today’s event focused
on the district-level, workshops
will also be conducted at the divisional level from November 8 to 10. Party
leaders and workers will be administered further training during these programmes.
General Secretary Rajneesh Yadav conducted the proceedings of the event while Sharad Agrawal proposed a vote of thanks.
