MinisterDr Mohan Yadav highlighted the growing role of young entrepreneurs in shaping India’s future at the Young Entrepreneur Summit 2024 held in Ujjain. Speaking at the event, he emphasised that India, with its largest youth population, is progressing rapidly towards becoming the third-largest economy in the world. He stressed that the efforts and innovations of the youth are key drivers of the country’s development.
Dr Yadav stated that the State Government is fully committed to promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship.
He added that ample funds have been allocated in the state budget to support young entrepreneurs, and the government is continuously encouraging investment and start-ups to create a conducive environment for business growth.
The Chief Minister noted that the present time is an era of innovation and urged the youth to establish self-employment ventures. He also praised Ujjain’s growing recognition and its historical significance. Dr. Yadav mentioned that the government is working on initiatives to promote investment even in smaller towns.
He assured entrepreneurs of full support from the government to help them scale their businesses.
Dr Yadav visited various entrepreneur stalls and praised the efforts of both the organisers and participants. He expressed that the summit would significantly contribute to promoting innovation, ambition, and growth among the entrepreneurs. He emphasised that such events promote self-reliance and are
essential in realising the
vision of a prosperous
and progressive Madhya Pradesh.
Concluding his address, Chief Minister Dr Yadav
stated that entrepreneurship is the backbone of economic development and that
nurturing young talent is crucial for driving change and innovation.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that such events would inspire the youth to think ambitiously, take bold steps, and contribute to the overall development of both the State and the nation.
The summit was attended by Minister of Skill Development and Employment (Independent Charge) Gautam Tetwal,
MLA Satish Malviya, Mayor Mukesh Tatwal, Municipal Corporation Chairperson Kalavati Yadav, and
several prominent figures, including industrialists and senior officials.
