Highlighting the benefits of homoeopathy, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao stated that the system of medicine is capable of curing diseases by enhancing immunity and providing effective treatment without side effects at an affordable cost. Addressing medical students at the National Homoeopathy Seminar organised by the Homoeopathy Research and Development Association at Sindhu Palace, Raipur, he emphasised the need to promote homoeopathy widely.

Homoeopathy offers quick and long-term benefits. He also proposed the establishment of homoeopathy research centres and medical colleges in Chhattisgarh, aiming to develop the state as a hub for homoeopathy education and research.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal echoed these sentiments, emphasizing that homoeopathy is often sought after when allopathy fails to provide relief. “Homeopathy provides both immediate and lasting benefits, and we are committed to expanding health facilities in Chhattisgarh,” Jaiswal remarked.
The seminar witnessed the participation of several dignitaries, including the Vice Chancellor of Ayush University Dr Pradeep K. Patra, association members, and prominent homeopathy practitioners. The event served as a platform to encourage research and innovation in the field, with the government pledging support for its development in State.
