Lush verdant in city’s heartland

 

 

It is rare to see patches of green in the city these days. With increasing development, what was once known as green city is slowly becoming a concrete jungle. But, this lush green spot in the College of Agriculture premises stands tall in the metropolis. Out for a morning walk, basking in the tender sunlight and watching the mist covered mustard plantation amidst the urban landscape; a cup of tea is perhaps the last piece of jigsaw puzzle one needs to complete a picture-perfect winter morning.
