State Public Works Department Minister, Rakesh Singh, on Tuesday interacted with the citizens and listened to their concerns at Nagpal Garden. He on the occasion assured people that their issues would be addressed on priority. Singh also directed concerned senior officials to deal with the matters with utmost sensitivity and attentiveness. While meeting people, the PWD Minister underlined the importance of proactive governance. He said that addressing the challenges faced by the public should remain at the core of administrative efforts. Singh said by prioritizing the resolution of public grievances, he wants to build trust between the government and the people.

 

During the interaction, residents apprised the State Minister of various issues related to infrastructure, public services and community welfare. Singh reiterated his commitment to improve the quality of life for all citizens and asked officials to take immediate and effective action on complaints. He said the government is focusing on promoting a responsible administration that works closely with society. He said such initiatives not only provided a platform for citizens to voice their concerns but also reinforced the administration's dedication to creating real solutions.
