Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) classes X and XII question papers have reached the co-ordination center Model Higher Secondary School, TT Nagar, Bhopal. Papers will be distributed to the police stations on February 1 and 2. There are 103 examination centers in Bhopal and question papers will be sent to the nearest police station via shortest 17 routes. The exam will begin from February 5 and around 17.50 lakh examinees are registered to appear in the exam. The board has sent all the confidential material related to board exam to co-ordination center. These material has been sent to the 52 co-ordination centers directly from printing press.
Exam center in-charge and assistant center in-charge will be carrying the question papers and other confidential documents along with the police team. Officials said that an iron box will be placed outside of all exam centers where students can put the cheating material, books, copy etc that are not allowed in the exam hall. Apart from this, board is also keeping an eye on fake groups on social media that area misleading the students. The board said all provision has been made to keep the question paper confidential and it is not easy to leak the paper. The board has also introduced some changes in distribution pattern of paper to maintain the transparency.
These groups are seeking money from students in exchange of providing question paper before the exam and offering them chargeable membership. The board has also formed five different teams to keep an eye on such groups. After sending the question paper from police station to exam center, sealed box will be opened in presence of responsible authorities. The sealed envelope will be opened in classroom before few minute of exam. Earlier, center in-charge was allowed to open the paper before classroom which is now restricted. There will be three level of monitoring including state-level control room and two special wings.
