The GST Customs and Central Excise SC, ST and OBC Employees Welfare Association, Nagpur, convened its annual general body meeting recently at GST Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur. In the meeting, guest of honour Anil Ramteke, IRSS (Retd), Principal Chief Material Manager, Indian Railways and Anoop Kumar, Director, Nalanda Academy, Wardha were welcomed by Peeyoush Bhati, Additional Commissioner (Customs) and Mukul Patil, Additional Commissioner of CGST and Central Excise Nagpur-1, respectively. The President of the association Dhiraj Patil was also present. Sanjay Thul, National President of All India Federation of SC and ST Association, addressed the attendees and shared efforts made by the federation to fill vacant posts in CBIC and CBDT. The Election Officer Charanjeet Singh, announced the newly constituted body of the association.

 

The members of the newly constituted body included Dhiraj Patil, Chief Patron, Sanjay Thul, Chief Advisor, Ajay Toolkar, Convenor, Maya Dhongade, President, Ishwar Gaikwad and Udai Singh, Vice Presidents, Bhupendra, General Secretary, Nirmal Kumar Meena and Jyoti, Joint Secretaries, Sidharth Janbandhu, Treasurer, Rajkumar Titre and Sarika, Office Secretaries, Nilesh Borkar, T B Kumare, Sapna Mehra, Sarda Patil, Anant Lanjewar, Arun Bambole, Prashik Vaidya, Aditya Kumar Bairwa, Gaurav Meena, Vinita Bais, Julie Kumari, Kailash Ninave, Vinod Narnawre, and Anuja Rangari, Executive Committee members. Maya Dhongade proposed a vote of thanks. The meeting was hosted by Julie Kumari.
