FORUM of Women in Public Sector (WIPS), WCL was awarded the ‘Sarvotkrisht Udyam Award’ (Best Enterprise Award) in the category of Mini Ratna companies for outstanding work during the year 2023. The award was given on February 12, 2024 at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Management Academy, Bengaluru. Presented by Pramoda Devi Wadiyar of Mysore, during 34th National Conference of WIPS, on behalf of WCL President West Region, Anupama Temurnikar, Coordinator Sujatha Sarmukaddam, Co-Coordinator Medha Hardas, Treasurer Jyoti Verma, Joint Secretary Pooja Shahdani, Treasurer Varsha Pudke and other members. WIPS, WCL team congratulated the CMD of WCL J P Dwivedi and informed him about his work. Also, Harsha Bhede, working as a shovel operator in WCL’s Umred area, was honored with the ‘Best Employee Award’.
