Cabinet Ministers of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Chhattisgarh Government presented a comprehensive account of their achievements in the past 100 days since forming the government. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma highlighted the government’s swift action, starting from December 13, with the approval of 18 lakh Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) houses at the first cabinet meeting held on December 14. He noted that the previous government’s attempts to initiate localized housing schemes, approving 47,000 houses, were integrated into the current administration’s plans. Additionally, Sharma emphasized the fulfillment of promises such as releasing two years’ outstanding bonus to farmers and implementing the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, which saw the disbursement of the first installment as per the budget provision. Under the Krishak Unnati Yojana, the Congress government had provided Rs 917 per quintal in four installments previously, whereas the current administration ensured single-installment payments, totaling Rs 13,320 crores to farmers. Notably, despite no new taxes or rate increases, the budget allocations were significantly enhanced, with Rs 8,700 crore allocated for PMAY and Rs 12,300 crore under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana.
 
The government also fulfilled its promise of conducting a CBI probe into the PSC scam, ensuring transparency in recruitments, and initiating various welfare schemes. Minister Ramvichar Netam reiterated the government’s commitment to fulfilling promises made under the Modi Ki Guarantee, highlighting the commencement of housing projects for 18 lakh families. He emphasized the BJP’s track record of delivering on its commitments, particularly regarding agricultural support schemes like the Krishak Unnati Yojana and assistance to tendu leaf collectors. Minister Kedar Kashyap praised the government’s achievements, especially in procuring 1.57 crore metric tons of paddy within three months and disbursing benefits to 70 lakh women. He also announced the resumption of the Charan Paduka Yojana and lauded the government’s efforts to rectify past shortcomings, such as the lack of universal health schemes. Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal highlighted the government’s significant investments in the healthcare sector, including the approval of funds for medical infrastructure like SIMS on the line of AIIMS and renovation of Bilaspur SIMS and addition of 700 more beds in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Hospital and recruitment of health workers.
 
He underscored the government’s commitment to improving healthcare services and addressing past deficiencies. Wage of strike period to health workers and reinstatement of all the employees who were terminated from service by previous government. Finance Minister Choudhary outlined the government’s economic vision, aiming for a Rs 10 lakh crore GDP through aggressive decisions and strategic investments. He announced the formation of the Chhattisgarh Economic Advisory Council to seek expert advice and the revival of infrastructure projects like the Chirimiri Railway track. In response to media queries, Minister OP Choudhary addressed concerns about the disbursement of benefits, reassuring that over 69 lakh people received payments, and any remaining issues would be resolved. He also emphasized the government’s commitment to transparent governance and financial management. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma expressed concern over targeted killings of BJP leaders, promising strong action against fake farmers misusing benefits. Additionally, Minister Choudhary addressed connectivity issues, citing ongoing infrastructure projects to improve connectivity between old and new Raipur. Replying of media query, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma expressed confidence in winning all Lok Sabha seats in the upcoming elections.
