AL FATEH Club emerged winners of the JSW NDFA Super Division Football Tournament on Friday. The winners defeated Rahul Brother 1-0 in the final. The all important goal was scored by Al Fateh’s Shadab Ahmed in 32nd minute of play. He was cautioned in the same minute. Rahul side’s Aniket Khadse (83rd) was given warning. The winners were awarded with a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 21,000. While the runners up got rich by Rs 15,000. Mohammad Shoeb of Eleven Star was awarded Best player of the tournament with cash prize of Rs 7,000. Man of the match Shadab Ahmed Al Fateh got rich by Rs 4,000. Saquib Jamal of Al Fateh was declared Best Goalkeeper and got Rs 4,000 as cash prize. Best player of the runners up team was Suraj Yadav who was awarded with Rs 3,000 cash.
 
Plant Head JSW Kalmeshwar Rajesh Jain was the chief guest for the function. AGM JSW Plants Rinku Singh, President of NDFA Haresh Vora, Iqbal Kashmiri, Abid Khan, Eugene Norbert, AB Khan, Khalid Ansari, Vinod Tiwari and Kalim were also present. In Senior Division, Hansraj Club beat Eagle Club 1-0. Pranay Ambade found the net for the winners in 73rd minute of play. Hansraj Club’s Shalk Vishwakarma (14th), Dhruv Matkulkar (59th), Shashwat Banerjee (62nd) was cautioned. Eagle side’s Pranay Bhadarkar (70th) was given warning during the game.
 
In First Division, With Saquib Ansari’s brace Nagpur United eked out a hard fought 3-2 win over Kamptee Heroes. Saquib Ansari scored his two goals in 12th, 40th minute of play. Kashif Ansari (29th) too registered his name in the scoresheet for the winning side. For Kamptee Heroes Iqbal (20th) and Maqsood (38th) found the target. Nagpur United’s Aslam Ansari was shown red card (double yellow 10th, 13th) for dangerous play. Saquib Ansari (46th) was also cautioned. For Kamptee Heroes Shakeel was given warning in the 24th minute of play. In another match, Al Muslamin blanked East Kamptee 2-0. Mudassir Ansari (33rd) and Faizan Ansari (39th) scored for the winners.
