“Nitin Gadkari has created world class infrastructure across the country including Nagpur. In terms of infrastructure, India has become a point of discussion all over the world. Nitin Gadkari's contribution has been tremendous in the progress that the country has made in the last ten years,” asserted Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He was addressing a grand public meeting held at Shivaji Chowk, Friends Colony, on Monday, as part of the campaigning for Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) candidate for Nagpur Lok Sabha, Nitin Gadkari. BJP’s State Vice President Sanjay Bhende, former State Minister Dr Parinay Fuke, former MLA Sudhakar Deshmukh, former Mayor Sandip Joshi, former Mayor Maya Iwanate, former Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari, former Deputy Mayor Sandeep Jadhav, Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar) City President Prashant Pawar were present.

 

Yogi said, “It is my fortune that I am getting an opportunity to communicate today in the land that gives energy to the country. Nitin Gadkari, the Mahayuti candidate from the same city, is known as the person who doesn’t have enemy in national politics. He created a network of infrastructure across the country including Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. I am impressed by the infrastructure of Nagpur today. There is no word 'no' in his dictionary. Whenever we asked for funds for the development works of Uttar Pradesh, he agreed and you can see the changed picture of Uttar Pradesh as proof.” “It is Gadkari who made Delhi-Mumbai expressway a reality. That is why no one speaks negatively about him today. The people of Nagpur are getting a chance to elect such a leader once again. I come from the land of ‘Maryada Purushottam Sri Ram’. We used to play the song 'Holi Khele Raghuveera' during Holi celebrations for many years. But today, after 500 years, Ramlala played Holi in real sense. This would not have been possible if Congress was in power,” stated Yogi.

 

“Gadkari started working as an ordinary BJP worker. Such an activist also had the fortune of becoming the National President. The good results of his service to the people of Nagpur as Union Minister in the last ten years are being seen today,” expressed Yogi. Nitin Gadkari gave credit of his achievement to the people of Nagpur. He said to people, “You have blessed me for ten years. It is because of your blessings that I became Union Minister. I felt privileged to do this work.” Gadkari made it clear, “Under the leadership of Modiji, a grand Ram temple is built in Ayodhya. Chief Minister Yogiji built railway stations, airports and massive infrastructure. Now Ayodhya will be known as an ideal city in the whole world.”
