The High Court disposed of petition regarding allegation of taking advantage of fake caste certificate against Dhannalal Verma, Chief Engineer, Rani Avanti Lodhi Project, Bargi Hills, Jabalpur, with direction. Under this, the petitioner has been given freedom to present his complaint before high-level inquiry committee. After considering which the committee will take fair legal decision. It was argued on behalf of Pawan Devak Shubhkariye, a member of petitioner voluntary organisation, that the petitioner had sent a complaint through registry to the Principal Secretary, Scheduled Tribes, Scrutiny Committee, MP Government, Commissioner Scheduled Tribes Scrutiny Committee Bhopal, Secretary Scheduled Tribes Scrutiny Committee and Director Primitive Tribe Research Scheduled Tribes Bhopal on November 10, 2021.
 
In which it was alleged that Dhannalal Verma, Chief Engineer, Rani Avanti Lodhi Project has taken advantage of the fake Bilala caste certificate. The Bilala caste certificate has been made from Naib Tehsildar, Seoni Malwa. Whereas the Naib Tehsildar does not have the right to issue caste certificate. The caste is mentioned in the list of scheduled castes issued by the state government on 6 December, 2016 in serial number-14. In the notification issued by the state government on 21 March, 2003, it is clearly instructed that a person cannot be retained in service on the basis of a false caste certificate. In the notification issued by the Government on October 8, 2010, it has also been ordered that if the inquiry committee finds a false caste certificate on basis of a false caste certificate, immediate action should be taken.
