Tourists were thrilled to witness the rare sight of a black leopard with its mother during a safari at Pench National Park. Wildlife photographer Monu Dubey captured the rare photo of a black leopard and its mother near a water source. According to Deputy Director of Pench National Park Rajneesh Singh, sighting a black leopard is really rare.

Tourists from across the country and abroad visit Pench National Park to catch a glimpse of tigers and other wild animals.

 

Pench Reserve is also famous for main character of ‘The Jungle Book’ Mowgli. Tourists started calling Bagheera as they sighted the rare black leopard in a beautiful pose along with its mother. A few days ago, tourists had sighted a black leopard on a tree. Pench Tiger Reserve Deputy Director Rajneesh Singh has said that a black leopard was seen with its mother in the core Turiya area of Pench.
