Two consecutive incidents created panic in Khulri Devri village after a man was stabbed over an old rivalry while two kids met watery grave in the same area under the jurisdiction of Tilwara police station. The injured tried to misguide police by stating that the boys were eye-witness of his stabbing and accused drowned them into the pond. Tilwara police station in-charge, Sub Inspector, Abhishek Kaithwas informed that receiving the information of stabbing in Khulri Devri village and injured was rushed at hospital police reached the hospital and learnt that a man named Tower Singh, resident of Khulri Devri village was attacked by two miscreants named Neeraj Rai and Akash Patel with a knife over an old rivalry. IN the attack, Tower Singh sustained a wound on his back and he was discharged after giving primary treatment at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College and Hospital.
 
Police received information about drowning of two boys in a pond in Khulri Devri village. Learning about the incident, police reached the spot and found that two boys named Prateek Thakur (10) and Asman Bhumia (11), residents of Khulri Devri village died due to drowning into the pond. Soon after the injured Tower Singh stated that the boys were playing in the area when Neeraj Rai and Akash Patel attempted to kill him. The boys witnessed them while stabbing him but accused killed the boys by drowning them into the pond. SI, Abhishek Kaithwas informed that Tower Singh has an old rivalry with Nitin Rai and Akash Patel and he tried to level fake charges of drowning the boys. Police took statements of Gram Sarpanch and family members of deceased boys and learnt that both are separate incidents. Continuing a thorough search, police have succeeded in apprehending both the accused Neeraj Rai and Akash Patel for stabbing Tower Singh while further investigations are underway.
