A number of senior leaders and workers of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrated unanimous selection of Narendra Modi as leader of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Parliamentary party for third consecutive term and landslide victory of the party in Madhya Pradesh, at the party’s divisional office, on Friday. Party leaders, workers burst firecrackers, distributed sweets and dance to the beats of drums to celebrate the achievements. Speaking on the occasion, City President Prabhat Sahu said today is a day of happiness for every party worker. The fact that our Prime Minister, who is the most popular leader in the world, will be assuming charge at the Centre for third consecutive time is a matter of pride for the countrymen.
 
“We are considering this day as a festival. BJP’s performance is outstanding. He said those who are questioning BJP’s victory should consider that the BJP has won more seats alone than total seats of INDIA bloc. He said that the BJP is forming a government with its alliance. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the NDA Government is set to come to power for the third time. Modiji is making history by becoming the Prime Minister for the third time.
Sahu said the success is truly a manifestation of the immense love and blessings of people of the country, which they have continuously showered upon the BJP.
 
BJP workers expressed their happiness by distributing sweets, bursting fire crackers and chanting slogans like “Long live PM Modi”. They also decorated the party office and roads with BJP flags. The workers also danced vigorously to the beats of drums for hours. Those present were MLA Ashok Rohani, former Mayor Swati Godbole, Sadanand Godbole, Rupa Rao, Sharad Agrawal, Vinay Amlathe, Raj Kumar Patel, Dr. Shubham Avasthi and hundreds of party workers.
