THE Q Club’s Leadsuper All India Open Snooker Championships Leg 1 qualifier will be conducted in Nagpur from July 19 to 28. The will be conducted under the aegis of Billiards and Snooker Association of Nagpur at Shabbi’s Q Sports, near Gandhi Square, Sadar. Every participant will receive a cue case cover from Leadsuper and the matches during the qualifier will be played in the best of five frames. The players who will qualify for the main event will receive Rs 5000 each. Entry fee for the Leg1 qualifier is Rs 1500 and participants can register themselves till July 11 which is the last date for entries.

 

From Nagpur four qualifiers will be selected for the main event which will take place at The Q Club in Goa. The main event will commence from September 6 and the final will take place on September 15 at the same venue. The winner of the main event will be awarded with Rs 1lakh, while runners-up will be richer by Rs 50,000. In the event players who will reach semi-finals will be awarded with Rs 25,000 each whereas the quarter-finalists will get Rs 12,500 each and pre-quarter-finalists will be given Rs 5,000 each.
