All schools and colleges across the State will celebrate Guru Pournima every year: CM 
 
Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav has said that Gurujans have highest position in Indian culture. Along with education, Gurus also impart knowledge. They play an important role in leading their disciples from darkness to light. Respect for Gurus is an important part of Indian tradition and culture. Guru Pournima festival will now be celebrated every year in all schools and colleges in the State to honour the teachers. Students will be told about the importance of Gurus. He asked students to join this event and express their gratitude towards their Gurus. Chief Minister Dr Yadav was addressing Guru Pournima programme organised at Devi Ahilya University auditorium in Indore on Sunday. C M Dr Yadav mentioned many incidents of Mahabharata and explained importance of Guru-Shishya traditions. He said that Guru gives knowledge along with education.
 
They teach us to fight against injustice. Life teaches art and gives punishment and knowledge. They do not let their hard work get in the way of this work. Positive change in the life of a disciple with the help of a Guru is now there and he begins to achieve success. He said that Guru-Shishya parampara is tradition of blessing proper humanity. He specifically mentioned Acharya Sandipani and said that Gurujan instills nationalist thought in his disciples. Acharya Sandipani is also a good example of this. Acharya Sandipani has taught the spirit of nation building with his knowledge and dedication to his nation. The importance of Gurus should come before everyone. For this we have decided to celebrate Guru Purnima every year in schools and colleges in the state with full faith and faith. He said that India has got the status of world guru on the basis of its knowledge. Mithila Prasad Tripathi, former Vice-Chancellor of Maharishi Panini Sanskrit and Vedic University, said that Gurus have an intact importance in life. Guru also removes the darkness of Antas.
 
The Guru gives everything to his disciple. Reflected in Guru Shishya Mein. Along with knowledge, the Guru also teaches Sanskar and values ??of life. The decision of the state government to celebrate Guru Purnima every year to show the importance of Gurus is commendable. Additional Chief Secretary Higher Education KC Gupta reflected on the importance of the Guru-disciple relationship in the Indian tradition. In the beginning of the program Devi Ahilya University Vice Chancellor Professor Renu Jain delivered the welcome address. Former vice-chancellors and teachers of other universities including Devi Ahilya University were also felicitated.
 
Along with this, the students who performed well in the essay competition organized on the occasion of Guru Purnima were also felicitated. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also released books written on Indian Mathematics. In the program, he also felicitated Anshika Jain, a girl who developed software and converted Modhi script into Devanagari script. He reached among the Gurujans and honored them by showering flowers Chief Minister Dr. Yadav arrived today to attend a program organized at Devi Ahilya University on the occasion of Guru Purnima. Dr. Yadav came down from the stage and reached among the gurus. He honoured the former Vice-Chancellors and teachers present in the auditorium by showering flowers.
