State Public Works Minister Rakesh Singh, on Monday dedicated to public the newly constructed 3.5 km long road from Rampur Azad Chowk to Mandwa Basti, constructed by the Public Works Department at a cost of Rs 5.70 crores. Speaking on the occasion, he said that no effort will be spared in the development of the West Assembly constituency. Whether it is resolving public issues or carrying out development projects, his aim is to make the Assembly a model constituency in Madhya Pradesh. Singh said the BJP government is committed to develop every assembly constituency in the state.
 
As the MLA of West Assembly, he is dedicated to ensuring that all development works desired by the people are carried out on time. He assured that all necessary works will be carried out to make the Assembly a model constituency. He said initiation of this series of developments began with the PWD dedicating this 3.5 km long road to the public. The road, which has been a long-standing demand will benefit a large number of residents. He further mentioned that along with development works in the wards, the banks of river Narmada at Gwarighat and Tilwaraghat will be developed similar to the banks of River Sarayu in Ayodhya. This project has been announced by Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav. Likewise, many other development works in the Assembly will be completed on priority.
