LAGHU Udyog Bharati conductedanevent called“Current
Connect,” at the Chitnavis
Centre in Civil Lines, on
Saturday. The event saw participation fromover 150industries and aimed to addresscritical issues related to the
Maharashtra State Electricity
DistributionCompanyLimited
(MSEDCL) and power supply
challengesaffecting theNagpur
industrialarea,particularly the
small-scale industries.
Vishwas Pathak, Director of
MSEB Holding Company,
Mahadiscom, Mahatransco,
and MSEDCL, was the chief
guest of the function. On the
occasion Pathak assured the
attendees that the current
Government is actively considering the various
problems faced by the
industry and committed
to resolving major issues
within the next 1 to 2 years.
Also in attendance was
Ashish Chandarana, the
Independent Director of
MSEDCL. Following his
speech,Chandaranaaddressed
apre-submittedquestionnaire
covering common issues, difficulties, and practical problems.TheLaghuUdyogBharati
members read out these concerns, and Chandarana provided comprehensive and satisfactory responses.
The session alsoincluded an
opportunity for individual
industries to present their
unique issues. Company representatives readout thesespecific concerns, ensuring afocused and detailed discussion.Thequestion-and-answersession lasted for 90 minutes,
demonstrating the commitment of MSEDCL officialsto engaging with industrystakeholders.
Following the Q&A session,
a presentation by KapilanshDhaatu Udyog was held. Theevent concluded with a networking dinner, allowing participants to connect and discuss further collaboration
