Sale being held at Chitnavis
Centre,56TempleRoad,nmear
Hislop College, Civil Lines,
Nagpur from 10.30 a.m. to 9.30
p.m. The expo will conclude
on July 30.
The participants are directly selling their products at the
lowest costs directly to the customers and the customers can
get authentic and exclusive
products and promote these
artisans coming from all over
the country.
The products on display are
exclusive and attractive silk and
cotton sarees, dress materials,
suits, stoles, dupattas, Kurtas
and Kurties along with fashion
jewellery and arte facts for
home décor.
The regional and State’s specialities include a host of varieties like Bhagalpuri Tassar,
Kosa and Khadi Silk of Bihar,
LucknowChikan, Jamdani and
of course Banaras Silk from
Uttar Pradesh, Chanderi and
Maheshwari Silk of M.P.Patola,
Bandhini and Kutch
Embroidary from Gujarat,
while Rajasthan presents
Bandhei, and Coimbature
Cotton from Tamil Nadu
whereas Eastern State of West
Bengal offers Balucheri,
Kantha, Tangail and Jamdani,
Chattisgarh’s Kantha, etc.
The exhibition is all about the
use of traditional handloom
skills to create contemporary
lifestyle products all under
one roof.
