2 teachers of ITI Bhopal secure National Teachers’ Award  on Friday congratulated two ITI Bhopal teachers on their selection for the National Teachers’ Award, expressing great pride in their achievement. He emphasised that this recognition not only highlights their excellence in professional training and entrepreneurship development but also serves as a testament to their hard work and dedication. Dr Yadav noted that their accomplishment is an inspiration to all teachers, and the people of the state are proud of this unique contribution that has earned them the prestigious National Award. Two teachers of ITI Bhopal, Premlata Rahangdale and Prashant Dixit have been selected for the National Teachers Award. Both teachers will be honoured on the occasion of Teachers’ Day on September 5, at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. As a mark of respect, they will be given a cash amount of Rs 50,000 and a medal. Notably, Rahangdale is the training officer of Trade COPA at the Government Divisional Industrial Training Institute, Bhopal. She has been a teacher for more than 11 years. development. Also, Prashant Dixit, an experienced Training Officer of Trade Mechanic Diesel at the Government Divisional Industrial Training Institute in Bhopal, has significantly impacted the careers of his students, who now work in prestigious organisations like BARC, Indian Railways, and top automobile companies. He has developed effective training methods that benefit both trainers and trainees, while also inspiring students toward entrepreneurial endeavours. A pioneer in e-content development, Dixit created a series of educational videos during the COVID pandemic that have since benefited millions of students nationwide and are now featured on the DGT’s Bharat Kaushal Portal. Dixit has played a vital role in the Madhya Pradesh Skill Development Project by providing technical expertise in developing the automotive lab and specifying equipment and machinery. Apart from vocational training, he focuses on the holistic development of his trainees and is involved in the Life Skills Program of the Directorate of Skill Development Madhya Pradesh with technical support from UNFPA. Dixit’s dedication and innovative approach are shaping the future of vocational training, inspiring excellence, and driving skill development across the country.
