WHILE addressing the participants during ‘Vyapari Police Samvad’ organized here by Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce (NVCC), Dr Ravinder Singal, Commissioner of Police, said that self-regulation among the citizens will create a disciplined society.“People expect the police to bring about changes in the society and continue to break laws. However, when we go to foreign countries, we follow their rules without any complaints. This means, maintaining discipline and bringing about a positive change in the society is not dependent on any external factors, but only a matter of selfregulation,” he said. Dr Singal addressed a fullhouse audience on the importance of maintaining various kinds of discipline in society on issues ranging from traffic chaos to cybercrime.
