Durg Collector Richa Prakash
Chaudhary has issued an advisory regarding swine flu in all
government hospitals as well
as private hospitals through
the health department.
Wherever new swine flu
patients are found, their family members and neighbours
are being tested. Along with
this, health check-ups are being
conducted in nearby areas and
medicines are being given to
people. People are being made
aware about prevention from
swine flu.
It may be noted that in case of infection of swine flu virus,
the victim should immediately get treatment in a good
hospital. If treatment is not received on time, the flu increases and the patient can also die. The people who died in
the district were of older age and were also having BP
and sugar so their immunity level was low. Doctors say
that if a swine flu positive patient comes, then he needs
to be especially alert and there is a complaint of dehydration. To overcome this, one should consume juice,
hot soup, water and liquid foods. One should take rest
and complete sleep
