Three accused, including a juvenile, involved in highway loot case held

CombineD team of Crime Branch and Sihora police have succeeded in apprehending three accused including a delinquent boy involved in highway loot incident and retrieved two Chinese knives along with a looted motorcycle and another motorcycle used in the incident. The arrested have been identified as Shivam alias Tota Rajput (22), son of Bansal Rajput, resident of Gauraiyya Mohalla in Sihora, Harsh alias Aditya Raikwar (18), son of Jagdish Raikwar, resident of Ranital Basti, Paraswara in Sanjeevani Nagar and a delinquent boy. According to Sihora police, investigating a highway loot incident reported on September 25, police obtained CCTV footages of three suspects. On the basis of pictures, police started a search and succeeded in apprehending three suspects.
 
During interrogation, the accused broke out and confessed the loot incident with worker of a restaurant. On their identification, police have retrieved looted motorcycle, a mobile handset, two Chinese knives and a motorcycle used in the loot incident. The looters were apprehended with active working of police team led by SHO, Sihora, Vipin Bihari Singh comprised of SI, Pushkar Mishra, ASI, Ramsingh Dhurve, Head Constables, Om Prakash Dubey, Dashendra Dixit, Constables, Devraj, Shubham, ROhit, Paramji, Santkumar, Sanjit Meshram, Shailendra Tiwari, Crime Branch’s ASI, Dhananjay Singh, Head Constable, Virendra Singh, Constables, Mukul Gautam, Rajesh Mishra and Ashutosh Baghel.
