Municipal Corporation (JMC) is organising camps under Mukhyamantri Jankalyan Abhiyan to deliver benefits of public welfare schemes to every household and beneficiary. As a part of the initiative, camps were conducted in Mahatma Gandhi Ward, Guru Gobind Singh Ward, Rabindranath Tagore Ward, Rani Lakshmi Ward, Pt Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak Ward and Pt Motilal Nehru Ward.
MLA Ashok Rohani and MLA Abhilash Pandey emphasised on the Government’s commitment to ensuring that every beneficiary gains benefits to these schemes through the camps. They urged citizens to help those in need to benefit from the Government schemes. They also encouraged beneficiaries to avail benefits of free health services, ration and pension. Rohani said the camps also facilitate corrections in documents like Samagra ID, Aadhaar card and birth/death certificates. They said the camps addressed hundreds of issues related to various municipal schemes, including Samagra ID, pension, ration eligibility slips, building permits, Ayushman cards, Ladli Laxmi Yojana, PM Swanidhi, Matru Vandana Yojana, Sambal cards, concerns related to birth and death certificates, water connections, property tax, water tax, electricity services etc.
