PRSU team leaves for Bathinda for All India Inter University Wrestling

THE women’s wrestling team from Pt Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU) has departed for Bathinda to participate in the All India Inter University Wrestling Championship. The four-day wrestling event organised by Guru Kashi University, Bathinda will commence from January 14. A total of ten players have been selected to represent the university at the national event.

 

The team includes Kumkum Patnaik, Kumud Yadav, Purnima Bhagat, Parul Saini, Damini Nishad, Kiran Diwakar, Preeti, Prachi Choubey and Sandhya. Director of Physical Education Professor Rita Venugopal extended her best wishes to the athletes, motivating them to deliver exceptional performances at the tournament. With high hopes and rigorous preparation, the PRSU’s team is set to showcase their talent on a national platform aiming to bring glory to their institution.
