Dinshaw’s holds two events for its Dairy Procurement Team

 

 

With the start of the New Year, Dinshaw’s plan to kick start the year was innovative and thoughtful. The company’s belief that employee recognition is an essential business function and that it is our responsibility to celebrate each other and recognise every milestone. This was exhibited beautifully with two back to back events for the Dairy Procurement Team. January 10, 2025 was a day to be remembered as Dinshaw’s management launched its very own ‘Sanchayika’, a diary cum hand book on progressive dairy farming.

 

Similarly, on January 29, the employees behind the success of the dairy procurement with farmers was celebrated and recognised. More than 50 employees were awarded between different categories of Gold, Silver and Bronze along with a special category award. These events were made special by the presence of the MD Jimmy Rana, Joint MD Jamashp Bapuna, Director Zervin Rana and the Vice-President Procurement Dr Ajay Upadhyay along with the farmers from different zones.
